I offer online private lessons. There are a few different ways to do lessons online. You will need the following:
- A smartphone with wifi or Internet access
- Ideally a tripod, but a chair, bucket, arena wall or fence can do the same job
- Bluetooth earphones or handsfree device for sound
- Optional: Pivo camera robot
How it works
The client sets up their phone in the corner of an arena if not using a camera robot, or in the middle of the arena if using a robot. Pivo offers a group call mode where the client invites the instructor to a call. Client and instructor both have bluetooth earbuds or a handsfree device. AirPods work great! Remember that the sound can get patchy if the distance between the device and rider is too large.
